Ricardo Cabrera

Ricardo Cabrera, MFT Intern, is a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee at New Horizon Counseling Center and is pursuing his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. He brings fresh perspectives and cutting-edge techniques to his practice.

He works with individuals, couples, and families and is accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. Ricardo uses a collaborative, goal-focused approach to help clients identify their goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them.

Ricardo’s therapeutic style is compassionate and direct, blending empathy and pragmatism to create a safe, non-judgmental environment. He focuses on empowering clients to tap into their own strengths and resources while maintaining a commitment to ongoing education.
