Richelle Bowman

Richelle Bowman, LPC-A, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

She treats anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, major life events, and interpersonal conflicts, using Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapy to address both thought patterns and deeper emotional experiences.

Empowering individuals to recognize their inherent worth and unique beauty is at the heart of Richelle Bowman's therapeutic approach. Richelle creates a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space and focuses on fostering a strong therapeutic alliance; she is also passionate about advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community.
