Robert Allison

Robert Allison, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist at Heartland Counseling Center. His practice includes general therapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessments, community healthcare, and crisis intervention.

He brings military experience from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a Master of Arts and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University. He has extensive experience working with sex offenders and victims of sexual abuse and assists 10th Circuit Judges and Attorneys with forensic psychological concerns, providing evaluations, consultations, and expert testimony.

Born and raised in Winter Haven, Polk County, Dr. Allison combines a faith-informed approach with academic rigor and local ties to address complex clinical and forensic needs. He integrates assessment, therapy, and consultation.
