Robert Herel is a licensed clinical social worker who has over two decades of experience in psychotherapy. Herel works with people facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, employing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) as a primary approach.

Herel completed Level I clinical training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, enhancing his ability to assist couples in managing conflict and improving communication.
