Robert Herel

Robert Herel, LCSW-R, is a psychotherapist with over two decades of experience in psychotherapy, specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). He works with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

He also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) into individualized treatment plans. In addition to individual work, he completed Level I clinical training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and offers premarital therapy.

As a parent of two adult children, he brings practical understanding of challenges facing young adults and parents. His practice focuses on helping clients repair unproductive thought and behavior patterns and build resilience.
