Roberta Kaplan

Roberta Kaplan, MA, NCC, LPC, is a Retired Mental Health Counselor and serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Millhill Child and Family Development. She brings a seasoned perspective to community mental health leadership.

At Millhill, which was established in 1971 and serves the Trenton, New Jersey community, she helps oversee a nonprofit where Millhill serves children and families with education, counseling, and health services. Although retired from active counseling practice, her experience continues to shape the organization's direction.

Kaplan supports Millhill’s mission to provide individualized and culturally-sensitive educational and behavioral health services and aims to empower and transform the Trenton, New Jersey community through inclusive, community-focused programs.
