Robin Reed

Robin Reed is an associate therapist at Long Beach Therapy. Reed works with families facing life-threatening cancer diagnoses and supports at-risk adolescents, helping them navigate legal challenges and reconcile with their communities. She addresses family struggles, trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

Reed's therapeutic journey began with her work in programs for adolescents from diverse backgrounds. She holds an undergraduate degree in intercultural mediation and communication, which aids her in bridging cultural divides. Reed expanded her expertise with a master's degree in social work, further honing her skills in supporting people, couples, and families.

Her approach is humanistic and client centered, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, conflict mediation, psychoeducation, and mindfulness strategies. Reed offers both in-person and virtual appointments, creating a warm, non judgmental environment. Clients can expect a safe space to explore concerns and work towards personal growth.
