Sabrina Henderson

Sabrina Henderson, LPC-A, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who specializes in trauma, abuse, and domestic violence. She uses Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavior therapies and integrates EMDR when appropriate.

She works with families, couples, adults, adolescents, and children, offering flexible support across a range of personal life challenges. She holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and is a Doctoral Candidate in Counseling, Education, and Supervision at Capella University.

Sabrina takes a collaborative, strength-based approach, creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where clients are invited to play an active role in therapy. She focuses on practical healing, growth, and goal completion to help clients move toward greater well-being.
