Salvatore Giametta

Salvatore Giametta, MA, LMSW, SIFI, is a New York State Licensed Social Worker who is bicultural-Hispanic and fluent in both English and Spanish. He has more than twelve years as an independent psychotherapist and specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma and stress-related disorders. His experience includes psychiatric hospitals, outpatient community mental health, and non-profit agencies. He maintains a nonjudgmental stance, offers empathetic and unconditional listening, and has a focus on exploring patients' inner strengths; he is an ally to the LGBTQI+ community and creates a safe and inclusive environment.
