Sandra Shamma

Sandra Shamma, AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts and works with individuals, couples, and families.

She uses an integrative, evidence-based approach and draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and action and commitment therapy (ACT) to tailor strategies to each client's goals.

Sandra brings a compassionate, client-centered perspective and creates a supportive environment that helps clients reprocess and rewire thoughts and behaviors as they navigate interpersonal and personal challenges.
