Sara Channell

Sara Channell, MAEd, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a personable, down-to-earth style and a focus on improving quality of life. She works with clients across the lifespan and tailors care to each person’s needs.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and also incorporates Feminist Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, Trauma-Informed Care, Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create individualized treatment plans. Her eclectic approach blends holistic and behavioral methods.

Sara works with individuals, families, and couples and works with multicultural clients, military members and their families, and victims of trauma or abuse; she has been licensed in Ohio since 2012. Her practice emphasizes a supportive, non-judgmental environment, empowerment, and practical strategies for managing life’s challenges.
