Sarah Kaufman

Sarah Kaufman, LMFT, MS, MFA, SEP, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Eugene, Oregon. She holds an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy and an MFA in Fine Arts and is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

She specializes in trauma and PTSD, grief, anxiety, family of origin issues, spiritual and creative concerns, and relationship issues. Her practice integrates evidence-based approaches with somatic awareness, mind-body psychology, mindfulness practices, and expressive arts.
