SaraJane Aufrecht

SaraJane Aufrecht, M.S., LPC-Associate, brings a developmental perspective grounded in infant and toddler mental health. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

She earned a master's degree in clinical counseling from Hope International University and completed a practicum with Outreach Concern, including placement at an elementary school working closely with children aged 7-10. She also spent five years in applied behavior analysis working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder, in children and adolescents aged 5-14.

At Alamo Ranch Counseling and Wellness, under the supervision of Felicia Stone, MA, LPC-S, she provides developmentally informed, evidence-based care. Her work emphasizes client-centered collaboration and practical skills to support growth and address behavioral, social, emotional, and trauma-related concerns.
