SaraJane Aufrecht

SaraJane Aufrecht is a therapist who helps nurture mental health across diverse age groups and family dynamics. With a background in infant and toddler mental health, Aufrecht works with youth, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering a developmental perspective.

Aufrecht began her journey with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in infant and toddler mental health, followed by a Master's degree in clinical counseling from Hope International University in Fullerton, California. Her practical experience includes a practicum with Outreach Concern and work in an elementary school, supporting children aged 7-10.

Her therapeutic approach is diverse and evidence based, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Clients can expect a supportive environment aimed at exploring growth and healing. Aufrecht's work continues under the supervision of Felicia Stone at Alamo Ranch Counseling and Wellness.
