Sim Diehl

Sim Diehl is a therapist who helps adults navigate life's transitions with warmth and expertise. Diehl completed her Master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in 2015 and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2019. Her professional journey includes advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy from Behavioral Tech® and a Master's-level certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

At Harmony Harbor Counseling, Diehl co-leads DBT Skills Training groups, making DBT principles accessible to clients. Her therapeutic approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, offering a structured yet flexible experience.
