Sophia Penafiel

Sophia Penafiel, M.S., Licensed Mental Health Counselor, practices in Palm Coast, Florida. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Stetson University (2011) and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University (2013).

She uses EMDR Therapy; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy; Person-Centered Therapy; Solution Focused Therapy; Expressive Art and Play Therapies; Sandtray Therapy; and Spirituality Counseling to tailor care to each client’s needs. Her toolkit is applied flexibly to address a range of concerns and goals.
