Stacey Anderson-Young

Stacey Anderson-Young, LMFT (LMFT #51993), is co-owner of Catalyst Counseling, Inc. with over two decades of dedication to mental health services. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University, Stanislaus.

She focuses on supporting motivated individuals facing life transitions and those ready to heal from trauma, combining empathy with evidence-based practices. Her clinical work includes experience with children, youth, and families in educational settings and developing and implementing mental health programs.

Stacey has a long-standing commitment to a local non-profit agency and partnerships with school districts, county programs, and community organizations, and she has provided administrative and clinical leadership to fellow clinicians. As Privacy Officer for the practice, she emphasizes confidentiality while building trust and rapport to create a safe space for clients.
