Stephanie D'Addario-Munnigh

Stephanie D'Addario-Munnigh is a multicultural counselor who brings a wealth of cultural sensitivity and practical understanding to her therapy practice. As a Hispanic Sephardic Jewish woman, she works with Spanish-speaking communities and people from diverse backgrounds.

D'Addario-Munnigh's journey to becoming a mental health counselor is informed by her personal experiences and dedication to service. A veteran and military spouse for 20 years, she understands the challenges and transitions of military life. This knowledge allows her to connect deeply with military members and their families, offering support beyond theoretical understanding.

Her approach is collaborative and tailored, using techniques such as play therapy for younger clients. She helps adults, adolescents, children, and couples with issues including crisis management, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Fluent in English and Spanish, she provides culturally sensitive care that respects diverse perspectives.
