Steve Rosalik

Steve Rosalik is a licensed professional counselor with 8 years of experience in community mental healthcare settings. Rosalik works with adolescents, adults, and couples, focusing on trauma, personal growth, and holistic healing through meditation and trauma-informed counseling.

Rosalik's journey began with a passion for meditation, studying under B. Alan Wallace in 2006. He pursued a master's degree in mental health counseling and psychotherapy, completed in 2015, and enhanced his skills with clinical coaching at the Arizona Trauma Institute in 2016. His background as a public educator further enriches his therapeutic practice.

Rosalik employs a comprehensive, integrative approach, using trauma-focused psychodynamic psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE). Clients can expect a safe, supportive environment to explore challenges and work toward positive change.
