Sydney Rowley

Sydney Rowley is a Graduate Level Clinical Intern and Therapist pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Rowley helps young adults, older adults, and parents, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, addressing addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and women's issues.

Rowley has worked with diverse populations, including those facing homelessness, disabilities, and severe mental health challenges. Her background includes supporting survivors of elder and disability abuse, which informs her adaptable approach to therapy.

In her practice, Rowley utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
