Talle Selhorst

Talle Selhorst is a licensed clinical social worker who helps people navigate complex systems affecting their well-being. Selhorst works with trauma, anxiety, addictions, and issues related to ADHD and autism, with a focus on the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Selhorst began her journey in social work with a Master's degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2009. Her early career as a Wraparound Facilitator provided experience with youth and families in child welfare and juvenile justice systems, shaping her current practice.

Selhorst employs Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She creates a safe, inclusive space where clients feel heard and valued, guiding adults 18 and older through their healing journey. Clients can expect a supportive environment to explore identity and self-esteem issues.
