Talle Selhorst

Talle Selhorst, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, addictions, anger management, depression, grief and loss, and issues related to ADHD, autism, and gender dysphoria. She uses Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Mindfulness practices to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

She earned her Master's degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2009 and began her career as a Wraparound Facilitator working with youth and families navigating complex systems like child welfare, juvenile justice, and special education. That systems-focused experience informs her work with adults 18 and older.

Grounded in integrity, social justice, and service, Talle creates a safe, inclusive space that is body positive, sex positive, and culturally humble. She approaches therapy as a partnership, helping clients address the impacts of family, community, and society on their well-being.
