Tamika Terry

Tamika Terry, LPC Associate, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate focused on breaking cycles and fostering healing. She specializes in trauma, complex trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and phase-of-life issues.

She works with children (age 5 and up), teens, and adults and earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University at Commerce. Originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Tamika draws on personal insight about generational patterns to inform her practice.

Tamika uses a flexible, compassionate, and collaborative approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. Her toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child-Centered Play Therapy as she supports, encourages, and challenges clients to build tools and resilience.
