Teresa Giammella-deBoer

Teresa Giammella-deBoer, LMHC, LMFT, is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist who works with Adult Children and families grappling with the challenges of alcohol and drug abuse. She works with families of all ages and has specialized experience with children on the Autism spectrum. Her systemic approach often involves bringing the entire family into sessions, and she offers individual, group, and family counseling. Teresa uses creative and experiential methods, including guided imagery, breathing exercises, meditation, and sand tray therapy, to help clients access inner resources and improve family understanding and functioning.
