Theresa Qualls

Theresa Qualls, MA, is a counselor and sole clinician at Theresa Qualls Counseling who practices a relationally-focused approach and holds a belief that "your heart matters." She views clients as relational, embodied persons of dignity and sees emotions as indicators of deeper truths.

She earned an MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2008 and transitioned to practice, bringing prior experience in administration, teaching, and missions to a holistic view of the human experience.

Theresa offers individual, couples, and children's counseling and frames therapy as a "relational conversation of acceptance, exploration, challenge, and growth." She keeps a limited caseload to provide enhanced availability and attention, does not work directly with insurance providers, and prioritizes client privacy.
