Tiana Rogachevsky

Tiana Rogachevsky, LMFT, is the Founder/Clinical Director of DBT Center of Long Beach and has over 12 years of clinical experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Compassion and collaboration form the cornerstone of her therapeutic approach.

She provides individual, couples, family, and parent therapy, co-leads DBT skills training groups, and offers DBT coaching for adults, adolescents, and families. She has worked with children on the autism spectrum, severely and chronically mentally-ill adults, and individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders.

Her background includes work at Ocean Park Community Center, Clearview Women's Center for Borderline Personality and Emotional Disorders, Clearview Center for Addictions and Mental Health Disorders, DBT Center of the South Bay, and her private practice, Sage Mind Therapy. She has completed advanced trainings including Radically Open DBT and the DBT-PE Protocol for PTSD and emphasizes a balanced approach of acceptance and change to help clients connect with their core values.
