Tiara Davis

Tiara Davis, M.S. Ed. is a pre-licensed mental health counselor with experience supporting adolescents and adults through life transitions, anxiety, and stress-related challenges. With a background in education, nonprofit leadership, and community-based care, she brings a relational and holistic perspective to therapy. Tiara integrates traditional talk therapy with somatic-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative techniques, helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and build resilience. She is committed to creating a space where healing is paired with laughter, discovery, and a deep sense of empowerment.
