Tiffany Torok

Tiffany Torok, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is a clinician at Life Coaching and Therapy (LCAT) since January 2018. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.

She works as a musician's therapist and supports performers, stage crew, and all those involved in the music scene, addressing stress management, burnout, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, work-life balance, and interpersonal conflict resolution. In 2021 she completed a year-long course on the Inner Aspects Method to broaden her therapeutic toolkit.

Tiffany provides honest and sometimes direct feedback and blends humor, wit, and no-nonsense directness. She focuses on the symptoms causing the most stress rather than labels to help clients build self-acceptance and practical coping strategies.
