Tobi Keefe

Tobi Keefe is a therapist who works with clients navigating depression, anxiety, attachment and intimacy issues, life changes, and chronic illness. Keefe provides a safe, non judgmental space for clients to explore behaviors and develop new life narratives.

Keefe holds a Master's degree from the University at Buffalo. Her career includes work on the Veterans' Crisis Line and supporting returning Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan and their families. Her role as an embedded behavioral health social worker in a primary care setting has enhanced her holistic understanding of mental health.

Keefe employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She collaborates with clients, recognizing them as experts on their own lives. Her approach, whether for brief problem solving or long term support, addresses root causes and meaningful progress.
