Tom Stuck

Tom Stuck, MA, CADC II, is a Substance Abuse Counselor with over three decades of experience. He holds a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and is certified as a CADC II. He specializes in outpatient substance abuse treatment and clinical supervision, having pioneered Kaiser Permanente's outpatient treatment program.

He spent 22 years at Kaiser Permanente as clinical supervisor for alcohol and drug services and later returned to Kaiser for another decade as an on-call substance abuse counselor. In May 2018 he joined Lilac Wellness Clinic in private practice, bringing both administrative and hands-on clinical experience to his work.

His approach blends evidence-based practices with compassion and a commitment to helping clients achieve lasting recovery.
