Travis Ray

Travis Ray, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. He specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions and blends humanistic and existential approaches, including person-centered therapy, with cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and family systems therapy.

Ray has experience in inpatient addiction treatment and inpatient youth treatment and provides individual therapy at Balanced Mind Counseling, tailoring treatment plans to each client’s needs. He emphasizes empathy, collaboration, meaning-making, and authenticity while integrating evidence-based practices to support coping skills, resilience, and increased self-awareness.
