Trudy Seifke

Trudy Seifke is an Associate Marriage Family Therapist who provides essential mental health support to children and adolescents in middle and elementary schools. Seifke works with students to address communication skills, personal strengths, and self-regulation, helping them navigate their formative years.

Seifke's experience spans four schools, including Martin Luther King and Lincoln Middle Schools, and Pablo Tac and Foussat Elementary Schools. She dedicates four days a week to nurturing the emotional well-being of students, guiding them through individual and group sessions that focus on self-discovery and life skills development.

Her approach includes co-facilitating a Grief Group for middle school students and leading a group for 5th-grade girls addressing self-harm behaviors. Seifke also conducts anger management groups for various ages. As she nears full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Seifke continues to create supportive spaces for student-led initiatives.
