Uliana Fleener

Uliana Fleener is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, attachment issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She has a particular passion for working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, approaching each client with a holistic lens that integrates past experiences, beliefs, and aspirations to foster deep healing and self-awareness. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, humanistic, and trauma-informed, drawing from Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused methods, and mindfulness-based practices.
