Valerie Gaglione

Valerie Gaglione, M.S., Clinical Mental Health Counselor, holds a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberland and is currently on the path to becoming a licensed professional counselor and mental health service provider.

She focuses on serving individuals grappling with anxiety disorders and works with women who are navigating the aftermath of traumatic experiences, difficult life transitions, and relationship conflicts. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy and targets somatic symptoms, irrational thoughts, and behavioral patterns.

Valerie offers in-person sessions and telehealth appointments and provides individualized, client-centered care. She positions herself as a compassionate ally, helping clients find meaning in hardships while making mental health support accessible.
