Victoria Fleury is a therapist who works with children and adolescents of color, providing trauma-informed care and social justice advocacy. Fleury helps young clients express their authentic selves in a safe, unbiased environment. She also supports immigrant families and survivors of domestic violence.

After earning her Masters in Social Work from Boston College, Fleury relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina, in 2019. Her experience spans school-based settings, intensive in-home services, and outpatient care, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet each client's specific needs.

Fleury employs evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and MATCH to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct problems. Her client centered approach helps guide children and adolescents through challenges, fostering resilience and self-awareness. Clients can expect a supportive space to explore solutions that align with their personal experiences.
