Victoria Fleury, MSW, LCSW, brings a unique blend of trauma-informed care and social justice advocacy to her work with children and adolescents of color. Her therapeutic approach, deeply rooted in her personal experiences and clinical knowledge, creates a safe, unbiased space for young clients to express their authentic selves.
After receiving her Masters in Social Work from Boston College, Victoria moved to Greensboro, North Carolina in 2019. Her diverse background includes experience in school-based settings, intensive in-home services, and outpatient care. This multifaceted experience allows her to adapt her approach to each client's specific needs and circumstances.
Victoria's practice is characterized by her belief that the solutions clients seek are already within them. She employs a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH). These tools, combined with her client-centered approach, enable her to effectively support children and adolescents through their unique challenges.
Beyond her work with youth, Victoria has valuable experience supporting immigrant families and survivors of domestic violence. This breadth of experience informs her holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the complex interplay of family dynamics, cultural factors, and individual experiences in a person's wellbeing.
