Yelena Zaychik

Yelena Zaychik, LMHC, is a Mental Health Counselor who integrates multiple evidence-based methodologies to tailor care to each client's needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support individuals and couples.

Her toolkit also includes EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt and psychodynamic approaches, brainspotting and hypnotherapy. She addresses relationship and intimacy concerns through clinical sexology and offers anger management strategies.
