Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic models, Yisroel Tenenbaum, LMSW, offers a strengths-based approach to help clients navigate life's challenges and reach their goals. As a licensed master of social work in Maryland, Yisroel specializes in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management.

Yisroel's clinical expertise extends to treating OCD, sleep difficulties, and ADHD. He employs a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). His additional training in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) allows him to offer targeted interventions for these specific concerns.

Graduating with honors from Daemen University in Amherst, New York, Yisroel focused his clinical studies on children and families. This educational background, combined with his professional experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of family dynamics and developmental challenges across the lifespan.
