Zach Pachol

Zach Pachol, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who blends psychodynamic and existential approaches and is EMDR-trained. He holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in Illinois.

He has worked in inpatient psychiatric units and in coordinating care for those facing mental health crises. Zach works with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and veterans, and welcomes LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrant, and refugee clients, including those with severe and chronic mental health concerns.

Zach emphasizes a strong therapeutic relationship and provides a nonjudgmental, accepting, and supportive atmosphere. He integrates varied techniques to offer tailored care for identity development, trauma processing, and broader mental health needs.
