Abby Rasay

Abby Rasay is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and student intern at National University, helps couples and people navigate life's challenges and strengthen relationships. Rasay works with diverse populations on a range of issues, creating a safe environment for personal growth.

Rasay is currently pursuing her education at National University. Her training includes a focus on cutting-edge methodologies that inform her practice, allowing her to integrate various therapeutic techniques effectively.

Rasay employs Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Clients can expect a supportive, non judgmental space where sessions are both engaging and productive. Through tailored treatment plans, Rasay guides clients toward improved mental well-being and fulfilling relationships.
