Abby Rasay

Abby Rasay, MFT-I, is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and student intern at National University. She is dedicated to helping couples and individuals navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships.

Abby specializes in couples therapy and integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method to tailor treatment to each client's needs. She adapts her approach to match individual goals and circumstances.

She works with diverse populations in a safe, open environment and combines talk therapy with engaging activities. Abby focuses on individualized plans designed to strengthen relationships, support mental health, and improve life balance.
