Abhilash Patel

With nearly two decades as a healthcare founder and investor, Abhilash Patel brings deep expertise to his advisory role at MentalHealth.com. In 2009, he co-founded Recovery Brands, growing the company from concept to acquisition in 2015.

As an investor, he launched Thermal, a venture studio that helps accelerate companies such as Lyft, ClassPass, Daily Harvest, TetraScience, Figs, and Winc. His commitment to life-saving mental health care is also reflected in his co-founding of Within Health, a virtual clinic focused on treating individuals with eating disorders.
