Alana Bowman

Alana Bowman, MS, LMHC, NCC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her master's degree in Applied Psychology with an emphasis on Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University. She treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia and specializes in Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy.

She has 14 years of counseling in the Spokane community and works with adults, families, couples, and Veterans, offering individualized care tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Alana's approach is compassionate and rooted in trust and acceptance. She helps clients release the burden of their past, define their core values, and align their lives, guiding them through self-discovery and healing so they can thrive.
