Alex Beato

Alex Beato, DBA, LCSW, C-DBT, is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Army retiree who provides care for adolescents, adults, and elders. He offers virtual (online) and in-person appointments to accommodate diverse client needs.

He supports clients with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, work- and school-related stress, and issues resulting from recent or past traumatic experiences. He is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), has training in couples therapy utilizing The Gottman Method, and is a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP).

His practice emphasizes evidence-based approaches informed by his clinical training and military background. As a father of three, he brings personal insight into family dynamics while helping clients navigate loss, stress, and interpersonal concerns.
