Alison Wynn

Alison Wynn is a clinical supervisor who is the owner and board-approved clinical supervisor at Balanced Counseling of San Antonio. Wynn works with adults, families, and adolescents to navigate life's challenges, focusing on depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse. She also helps couples improve relationships and assists adolescents with adjustment disorders and grief.

Wynn brings over 17 years of experience to her practice. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Gottman Therapy, enhancing her ability to support clients effectively. Her approach is in empathy and respect, providing a safe, non judgmental environment for personal growth.

In sessions, Wynn uses EMDR and other modalities to address trauma and mental health concerns. Her results-oriented and tailored approach ensures that each client receives the care they need. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, accommodates clients' busy lives.
