Allen Rockett

Allen Rockett is a Mental Health Therapist who believes in creating an atmosphere of respect and genuine interaction. Rockett works with people aged 15 and above, addressing life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief.

Rockett has a rich background in advocating for people with disabilities. He has contributed to grants promoting equal access to community jobs and worked with the University of Arkansas' Center for Educational Access, assisting students in securing college accommodations.

Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rockett helps clients develop awareness around negative thoughts and behaviors. His team-oriented approach involves collaborating closely with clients to establish and work towards meaningful goals.
