Allison Dukat

Allison Dukat, MC, LPC, NC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who serves as Clinical Supervisor and Trauma Specialist at Total Life Counseling. She brings over three decades of experience in education and counseling.

She works with adults facing a diverse range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, transition difficulties, and trauma, and has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Her background includes years as a junior high and high school counselor and a Master's Degree in Counseling from Arizona State University.
