Allyson Villella

Allyson Villella, LPC, NCC, has served individuals, couples, and families since 2015. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University.

She specializes in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma, and also helps with grief and loss, life stressors, and relationship issues. She uses a person-centered, solution-focused, and holistic approach and often incorporates techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Allyson creates a safe, warm, and welcoming space. She focuses on building the therapeutic relationship to help clients increase self-awareness, cope with difficult emotions, and reach their goals.
