Amanda Bargallo

Amanda Bargallo, LSCSW, is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who uses a holistic, trauma-informed, strength-based approach to therapy. Her clinical training includes play therapy, family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

She has worked across inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, case management, child welfare, and juvenile justice, and now maintains a private practice. This range of settings informs her work with complex client needs.

Amanda works with adults, teens, children (ages 5 and up), and families, creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space informed by her own experience as a therapy recipient. She is described as warm, engaging, and down-to-earth and emphasizes collaboration to support growth and resilience.
