Dr. Rhodes' educational journey laid a strong foundation for her current practice. She completed her medical training at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, followed by a rigorous psychiatry residency at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Her professional experience includes a notable three-year tenure of Active Duty Naval Service at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth. During this time, Dr. Rhodes served as an attending Psychiatrist and took on the significant role of Director of the ECT Treatment Program.
