Dr. Rhodes' educational journey laid a strong foundation for her current practice. She completed her medical training at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, followed by a rigorous psychiatry residency at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. This comprehensive training equipped her with a deep understanding of psychiatric principles and cutting-edge treatment modalities.

Her professional experience includes a notable three-year tenure of Active Duty Naval Service at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth. During this time, Dr. Rhodes served as an attending Psychiatrist and took on the significant role of Director of the ECT Treatment Program. This experience not only honed her clinical skills but also gave her invaluable insights into the unique mental health challenges faced by military personnel and their families.

For the past nine years, Dr. Rhodes has been practicing in the community as a Private Practitioner, further refining her approach to patient care. Her areas of expertise encompass a range of mental health conditions, with a particular emphasis on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and adult ADHD. Dr. Rhodes' approach is characterized by a deep commitment to understanding the individual needs of each patient, allowing her to tailor treatment plans that address both immediate symptoms and long-term well-being.
