Amy Fowler, M.A., LPC-MHSP (TEMP), NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Provisional) who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. She treats anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, chronic health issues, marital and parental challenges, disordered eating, and addictions.
She uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy, tailoring techniques to each client’s needs.
