About
Amy Fowler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Provisional) and National Certified Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. Fowler helps people navigate complex issues including chronic health concerns, marital and parental challenges, disordered eating, and addictions.
Fowler holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, where she also earned a Certificate in Addictions. Her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Belhaven University provide a solid foundation for her understanding of mental processes. She is currently pursuing licensure in Tennessee as a professional counselor.
Fowler employs Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy to tailor her approach to each client. Clients can expect a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering positive change and growth.
