Andrea DePetris

Dr. Andrea DePetris is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Supervising Psychologist at Therapists of New York. DePetris works with clients to navigate life's contradictions, helping them gain clarity and express themselves authentically. She is attuned to the multidimensionality of identity, particularly for those from diverse backgrounds.

DePetris earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Connecticut, where she researched mental health stigma and racial identity. Her clinical training includes placements at the Cambridge Health Alliance and the Veteran Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System. She previously served as Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Yale Health, Mental Health & Counseling.

In her practice, DePetris combines psychodynamic orientation with holistic wellness coaching.
