Aneta Kryczka

Aneta Kryczka, LCPC, is Co-Founder and Internship Director at The Centered Life. She centers her work on the belief that reconnecting with yourself is the key to regaining control and empowerment and guides clients toward self-discovery and personal growth.

She previously worked in hospital settings and moved into private practice to better focus on client needs. At The Centered Life she helps clients overcome fear, access comprehensive support, and develop the strength to face medical challenges.

As a mother of two young children, Aneta understands "Mom Guilt" and the disconnection, overwhelm, and anxiety that can accompany juggling roles. She brings a warm, empathetic approach with a touch of humor, guides and supports developing professionals, and helps clients carve out essential "you" time.
