Angela Abide

Angela Abide, LPC, specializes in guiding adults through life's most challenging transitions and treats depression, anxiety, and grief. She focuses on supporting adults through change and emotional hardship in a direct, supportive manner.

She is trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy and draws on her expertise in conflict resolution to address both internal struggles and external challenges. She works with adults aged 18 and older and tailors work to each client’s current needs.

Her practice is built on the belief that true healing comes from within; she equips them with the tools to become effective self-managers, fostering tangible progress and improved well-being.
