Angela Metz is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. She specializes in supporting clients with depression, anxiety, anger processing, complex medical trauma, suicidal ideation, hoarding concerns, grief, and end-of-life challenges.

Angela’s counseling philosophy is rooted in a people-first approach, emphasizing care, compassion, and the belief that purpose, value, and self-worth are central to growth. She is trained in EMDR and is currently pursuing certification.
